Quita Quest Terms And Conditions

2. Employees of Quitza.com or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.

3. There is no entry fee to enter this competition.

10. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. The prizes for the winners of the competition are as follows:

The value of the giftcard will be as follows based on where the applicant resides

11. Winners will be chosen after they have submitted their entry. Quitza.com staff will then review the submission and determine if the criteria have been met for awarding a prize. winner will be notified by email within 28 days of submission. Prizes will be delivered to eligible entrants by post to the entrants home address within 28 days of submission. To be eligible for the prize all of the criteria below must be met within the 30 day period of the competition. The criteria are as follows:

a. The enrtant must post 1 post per day to Quitza.com, for 30 days starting from the entrants quest start date. Every post must be over 400 words long. Every post mus be related to the entrants attempt to quit smoking. Every post must be original content written by the applicant and must not be available elsewhere online. Every post must be written in English to a readable standard.
b. The entrant must complete 5 social shares to either facebook or twitter of the users achievement posts using the share buttons on the posts quitza.com page to enable tracking. Starting from the quest start date.
c. The entrant must sign the nope pledge on Quitza.com once per day for 30 days starting from the entrants quest start date.
d. The start date of the competition is the date that the entrant applies to join the competition via their quitza.com dashboard. The end date of the competition is exactly 30 days from the start date.

12. In the event of any dispute regarding the Rules, the conduct or results of the Competition, or any other matter relating to the Competition, the decision of the promoter shall be final and unchallengeable and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into, comment issued, or reason given in respect of any decision made by the promoter.

13. The promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe that an entrant has breached any of the Rules, any applicable law (including copyright law) or has otherwise infringed the intellectual property of any other person. Each entrant acknowledges and agrees that any failure to comply with the Rules could lead to the promoter disqualifying that person, without the promoter giving any reason for such disqualification or granting any opportunity for challenge.

14. Entries must be made within 7 days of the Closing Date of the entrants quest and in the manner set out in the Competition Terms. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.

15. Unless otherwise stated in the Competition Terms, only one Entry per person is permitted. In the event that the promoter discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that the same person has made multiple Entries, such person and any Entries made by them shall be disqualified.

16. By entering the Competition, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you in your Entry is true, accurate and complete in every respect. The promoter reserves the right to verify any information contained in your Entry and/or your eligibility to enter the Competition.

The Competition is only open to persons who are resident in the United Kingdom, Canada, Austraila, New Zealand, and the United States and persons who are resident outside of the United Kingdom, Canada, Austraila, New Zealand, or the United States may not apply. Where a Competition is open to persons who are resident outside of the United Kingdom, no person may enter the Competition if the Competition breaches any law or regulation of the jurisdiction in which they are resident.

18. The Competition is open to persons over the age of 13.

The promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe that an entrant has breached any of the Rules, any applicable law (including copyright law) or has otherwise infringed the intellectual property of any other person. Each entrant acknowledges and agrees that any failure to comply with the Rules could lead to the promoter disqualifying that person, without the pr omoter giving any reason for such disqualification or granting any opportunity for challenge.

20. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment of any kind suffered by any entrant in entering the Competition, including as a result of any entrant winning or not winning any prize.

21. The promoter accepts no responsibility for Entries lost or damaged due to computer error. Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void.

22. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

23. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

24. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

25. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

26. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, Amazon, Netflix, Starbucks, Ebay, Apple or Google. You are providing your information to Quitza.com and not to any other party.
