The entirety of the submitted essay must be original work by the applicant. Any evidence of plagiarism will result in the applicants immediate disqualification from the Quitza scholarship
The applicants must not contact the judges for any reason whatsoever - Any attempts to contact the judges will result in intimidate disqualification
The judges decision is final, unquestionable, and conclusive
Under no circumstances will Quitza.com be liable to the applicant for any indirect, punitive, special or consequential damages.
Any essay that fails to meet the submission criteria will be disqualified
Winners of the scholarship grant Quitza full permission to use their essay in connection with this contest and to allow their name to be used in promotional materials where legal
If it is discovered the winner has broken any of the rules or regulations the prize may be revoked immediately
We will grade a maximum of 100 applicants essays on a first come first serve basis. To ensure your essay is graded submit it as early as possible. We will amend the deadline at http://quitza.com/scholarship if applications are nearing the limit.
In the event that Quitza.com is forced to change or alter some or all of these rules, they will notify the applicants via email. These changes will henceforth be considered read and accepted. If the applicants find the changes unacceptable, they may withdraw from the Quitza scholarship contest.
All federal, state, local and other taxes and charges on prizes will be paid by the applicant.
