Day 1 Continues On NOPE One Day At A Time

Just finished fixing small meal for me I know I have to start eating better along with quitting smoking I have no problem with my weight truth be known it wouldn't hurt to gain a few pounds 
I am so very tired I may lay down and take a nap I used to smoke after I ate but I no longer want no part of that in my life 
Well its nap time be back shortly
It's normal to sleep a great deal when you quit. After 3 days the nicotine is out of our system so afterwards it is all psychological. Drink lots of water, team eat healthy, and stay busy. Have something that you can concentrate on whenver a craving comes. Good luck,
