This Morning Is Very Difficult

I can't seem to get this nagging urge to smoke to go away. I had my coffee which could be a morning trigger but I'm not ready to give that up. I took a shower after I worked out, got my stuff ready to go do a groom, did dishes watered and feed the animals, even ate breakfast. But that nagging feeling just won't go away. I've got the shakes and a headache today which is not helping and the boyfriend is the same asshole he was when I was smoking. I'm going to keep drinking lots of fluids.
