Status Report On Just Over 2 Months Quit

Past 2 months quit and it's a long journey. The progression is so slow I can hardly tell day to day that there is any difference but when I look back a couple of weeks, I can tell there is a difference in the urge to smoke. They are not as frequent and not quite so overwhelming as early on in my quit. Still anxious a lot of the time and not as nice a person to be around as I was when I was smoking - lol. This too shall pass (I hope).
That is awesome, Greenie! You've got this!
It will. You are correct that day-to-day it can go up and down, but over time the urges go down. The sense that smoking is normal goes away.
