I Set Myself A Weekly Target

I set myself a weekly target as to be fair seemed more bearable and then when that week was up I started another week. Very few cravings this week. Well three to be precise and an still going strong.
Work to take your emotions and thinking about cigs out of this and shift your focus to recovery from this addiction instead... life is SO much better without all the doom and gloom!

Shift your thinking to what you CAN have now that youre not buying cigarettes.
