I Need Chocolate So Darn Much These Days

Omg I do need some tips. Now I life be chocolate at the best of times. But now am just craving so much of it and yep giving in. I don't want to go back to the smoking as fear of getting fat!!
Smoking cessation can make people crave sugary and fatty foods and craving cigs might easily be confused with craving food or for oral stimulation. For years, your mouth was stimulated every time you smoked and this action has now been removed. What can you do? Drink water or low-calorie liquids. Be prepared with low-calorie and low-fat snacks (celery, pretzels, carrots, sliced cucumbers, sliced green peppers, popcorn, etc.); chew a toothpick, chew gum, munch on raw vegetables. When we smoked, our metabolism was higher because our poor heart had to work TWICE as hard just to pump blood through our body; risking a heart attack is not the way to lose weight, so forget that. Instead, we must burn 200-250 calories each day or not eat those calories. Work on cutting out the fast-foods, junk foods, processed food, sodas and other chemical laden foods too... if you can't pronounce what's on the label, get rid of it and look toward real, whole foods. Eat 5-6 smaller more frequent, nutritious meals to keep your blood sugar steady, metabolism up and avoid sugary foods.
You dont "NEED" chocolate, you "WANT" it. Decide you "NEED" carrot stix and celery!
You can't undo cancer, you can undo heart attatck you can't undo stroke, you can't Undo copd, you Can undo fat,,, instead of thinking about smoking, get moving, walk, pushup squats, anything that will kill 2 birds with one stone!!!!! Even bowling, biking anything, walk the mall...
And when you do eat chocolate, make it dark chocolate 70/85+%.
Anything is better than smoking but no need for it to be food. My taste buds came alive too so I do understand.
