Reading Recommendation

I am currently reading The Power of Habit by Duhigg. I would highly suggest reading this for anyone wanting to change a habit. It explains in detail our cues, behavior, and reward system that our brains generally gravitate to and why habits are so hard to overcome and why having a belief is so valuable in order to overcome the habit. It also explains what our keystone habits are and how we can identify them.
Sounds like a good read. Thanks, will definitely check it out!!
